Evolve: Is a newly commissioned Health and Wellbeing Service for residents of Brent who are under 25, commissioned by Brent Council.  This service, provided jointly between Young Addaction and SHoC offers advice, support and early intervention to young people about drug use, sexual health, and general wellbeing.  To contact this service call 07795 302 966.

This number is free from most UK landlines and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.


All of the substance misuse services commissioned by NHS Brent work closely together and provide services in a number of locations in the borough, with a particular partnership of services based at the Cobbold Road Treatment and Recovery Service.
